Israel’s 1st year out of Mitzraim – a reflection on Exodus 40:17 & 34
The Exodus out of Israel’s “narrow place”, Mitzraim (that is Egypt) was an eventful (1st) year. Even above par when we compare it to the past year (2020), which just like the Exodus, starting with the Pesach preparation time, lasting until the next Pesach (2021).
Israel was given their instructions to prepare a lamb, and to sprinkle blood on their doorposts. In 2020 we buckled down for an expected global pandemic. In both cases the Angel of Death was passing over.
Yes, yes the 2020 occurrence turned out to be a farce, an evil scheme to take over the world, just like those “Pinky and the Brain” children’s programmes on TV years ago. But the plandemic fears was driven by some billionaires through New World Order (NWO) structures under a World Health Organisation (WHO) banner as they executed the Evil One’s final onslaught.
The 1st Pesach:
Pesach started with receiving the Mark of the Lamb. This mark protected against death. READ Exodus 12:5-7 & Exodus 12:21-23 & Revelation 7:1-3.
When we look at the Hebrew word “Pesach”, the interpretation is more “standing guard” over the marked doorway, than merely “passing over”. The Hebrew word suggests that the Angel of the LORD went to stand guard over each doorway that received the Mark, in order to protect it. The Angel of Death would approach, but in each case he was fended-away by the Angel of the LORD. This is so much richer in meaning than merely “passing over”. GOD actively defended HIS chosen people against the Destroyer.
During the 2020 year of scamdemic, we failed to see its parallel with Exodus. It is only now, upon reflecting that we see the parallel. We did however wonder how GOD opened the eyes of many believers to see through the evil plan of deceit. We marvelled how others, were blinded by fear and by media to what is so obviously fake and suspicious. These events are a wake-up call to us, to be covered by the Blood of the Lamb. Then, let us rest assured that GOD’s Angel will stand guard over you. His strength will turn the Destroyer away on the night that he comes.
All the households in Egypt who didn’t belong to the LORD, those who were not protected by the blood of the lamb and the Angel of GOD, suffered the death of their firstborns.
After 2020, I fear that all people who are not covered by the Blood of the Lamb, will fall prey to the deceitful plan of the Destroyer. They will be uncovered and have no protection over them during the coming of the Angel of Death. After all, it is his plan, given voice through the NWO proponents that the global population must be reduced from almost 8 billion people to around 500 million. The Destroyer is rubbing his tummy and smacking his lips in anticipation, while his victims are calling names to the Believers, the Whistle-blowers. They are oblivious to their eminent destruction. As soon as the Bride of Christ has been swept off their feet, the Protector, the Guard will be called away, and Death will come knocking at their doors.
Israel’s exit from Egypt represents the Bride of Christ being swept away. (I am aware that the sequence of the exodus events cause a mismatch regarding my expectation of the pre-tribulation rapture at this point. I don’t have a resolution for this dichotomy at this moment in time – my all too human wisdom is far from perfect)
GOD dwelled with Israel in a cloud by day, and a column of fire by night during this first year of their exodus, and the years that followed in the wilderness.
GOD dwells with us through the Holy Spirit during these end-of-days times. HIS Word sustain us and HE opened the scriptures in new ways to many. We understand that we are at the start of the Tribulation period. The peels of centuries which obscured our vision and understanding is falling away. HE is leading us to green pastures. Our cups are already overflowing with spiritual blessings.
As soon as Israel left Egypt, Pharaoh changed his mind again and chased after them. Israel was trapped between the devil and the deep Red Sea. In his thinking there was no escape. But GOD’s thinking was higher still… what was planned to be the return of the slaves, became their salvation when the sea opened-up for Israel and swallowed Pharaoh.
In 2020 the NWO proponents launched plans to isolate and shut-down the dissident voices. Churches were closed, worship crushed through regulations, whilst abortionists revelled in their master’s service, sacrificing unborn babies to Molech. But the children of the Most-High GOD found spiritual growth, born from Living Water. What was planned to drown us, became our mikveh.
Moses and Miriam composed a new song about GOD’s salvation, Yeshua. We too will learn this song – refer Revelation 15:3-4.
Israel experienced bitter waters at Mara, made sweet through the tree that was thrown into it. This is a clear reference to bitter experiences, made into treasure in Heaven through the cross on which Yeshua brought our salvation.
Elim’s 12 fountains and 70 palms represents the 12 Tribes of Israel bringing living waters to the 70 nations in the world.
GOD provided for HIS people in the form of manna from Heaven and quails. Their clothing and shoes never wore out. Be assured that GOD will also provide your needs. HE promised that you are worth far more than the flowers in the grass and than little birds in the sky. Trust HIM. HE knows what HE is doing.
At several occasions Moses are reminded to keep the Shabbat holy. After the Brit Milah (circumcision), keeping the Shabbat is the Seal of GOD. It marks a Covenantal relationship. That is equally true today as it was when Moses first brought this message. GOD is Who HE will be. HE is eternal. HE is constant.
At Rephidim quarrels broke out because of thirst. Some longed to return to Egypt. In 2020 we were also longing for the care-free days before lockdowns and social distancing.
For Israel GOD supplied living water from the rock at Horeb, after Moses struck it. This points us at the Messiah’s 1st coming to provide living water to us sinners, in the person of a Suffering Servant. Isaiah 53 confirmed. The place of Horeb, referring to the “glowing heat” of the desert, was renamed Massah (“testing”) and Meribah (“quarrel”). The Messiah brought living water to quench our tongues in the heat of our lustful sin. He knows our quarrelsome human nature to test HIS patience. In HIS response, HE allows us to wage our war against Amalek. This also happened in 2020.
Amalek attacked the weak strugglers at the back of Israel’s ranks. The Enemy attacks us in our weaknesses and during our moments of weakness when we let our guard down. Amalek is cursed to enmity against GOD from generation to generation.
For Moses his father-in-law, Jethro a priest of Midian, returned his family to him. Upon hearing Moses’ testimony, Jethro repented, converted and worshipped the GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Being a wise man, Jethro offered valuable advise to Moses, restructuring the nation and preventing burn-out in the leader.
Just as Israel responded against Amalek by Tribal formations. In our present day, we became reformed into small groups for worship and fellowship and in small congregations to grow spiritually. The enemy’s plan to demoralize and divide, brought us together to carry each others loads and to pray for each other.
Israel experienced a Theophany at Sinai. It was out of this world. Fearful beyond measure. Moses bridged the gap and received the 10 Words, written by GOD’s own finger. He received the Divine ordinances of the covenant. Also instructions to keep GOD’s Holy Days and especially the 3 harvest festivals because of it’s prophetic significance. GOD renewed HIS Covenant with Israel. They will carry HIS seal, HIS mark through all their generations.
Through the Blood of the Lamb spilled almost 2,000 years ago we, gentile believers, received the right to also be known as children of Abraham, just like Israel and therefore to be called children of GOD. We fall under HIS renewed Covenant and we respond by keeping HIS mitzvot and HIS festivals. By doing this, we bear GOD’s seal. By bearing HIS seal, we will be protected in the coming “Pesach” when the Destroyer returns to do his grim reaping.
Moses received the plans for the Tabernacle, but GOD provided the Ruach-filled craftsmen who could execute it.
In 2020, we already have GOD’s Word given to us. HIS Holy Spirit progressively reveals HIS plans to us as we study HIS Word. We receive our daily portion of spiritual manna, but we need to collect it in our walk through the scriptures. Yeshua will soon return for HIS bride, where HE the Master Craftsman of all, has prepared dwellings for us in HIS Father’s house. It could very likely happen in 2021, before the Beast is revealed.
GOD reminded Moses that the Shabbat is a covenant. We better be reminded too.
Israel made and worshipped a golden calf. So doing, they broke the brand new covenant. Moses demonstrated this by smashing the Stone Tablets in response.
2020 saw many people applauding the NWO. Economies were destroyed whilst Billionaires got richer. Universal Basic Income is promised, it will be Utopia. New medical innovations will change human RNA and soon DNA as well. Humans will no longer bear GOD’s image. The covenant will be broken, GOD’s seal on all who accepts the Mark of the Beast will be erased. The dance around this Beast, is called “musical chairs” and 7 billion chairs will be taken away when the Satanic music stops… The making of the global genocide is not recognised for what it is. Everyone thinks the global population reduction will happen elsewhere, to somebody else. Everyone is wrong.
Moses interceded for Israel. The Holy Spirit intercedes for us.
GOD acknowledged Moses’ plea by announcing the 13 Attributes of GOD. HE confirmed the exclusive nature of HIS Covenant with HIS people. HE said that their role will be in keeping HIS Festivals, HIS Holy Days. These are the prophetic pillars of the covenant.
In 2020 few people heeded this instruction.
Keep the Shabbat is holy, GOD said to Moses. We prefer Sundays humanity echoed after the Great Whore.
Upon Moses’ descent, manufacturing of the Tabernacle and all its implements started in ernest. The Tabernacle was erected on the 1st day of the 1st month, exactly 1 year after the preparation started for the 1st Pesach.
Over the past week-end, on 13-14 March 2021 according to the Gregorian Calendar, the 1st day of the 1st month of the Hebrew Calendar passed almost unnoticed.
In Moses’ day, GOD’s Glory filled the Tabernacle.
In 2021 we testify that GOD tabernacles with us – Emanuel. Is GOD’s glory still visible in you?
